The place was a dump. He did not have the equipment that we ordered - only 20 blankets and no furniture movers. All of the blankets were lying outside on car hoods. When we arrived, it was a shack and his father came out to assist us. I had requested an in person meeting but he was not there. We had to call the son on our cell phones. As he was taking our information, he asked for a third phone number. When I asked him why, he said in a belligerent tone, I can't proceed with your reservation without a 3rd phone number. Please keep in mind that I had already provided all of my information on line. At this point, already seeing what a disgusting place this was and likely my expression on my face, my husband jumped in and gave him a number. Then the guy on the phone said "now, that wasn't so hard, was it?" This was absolutely the worst experience not to mention very bullying and demeaning. I will absolutely not be back.
