Truck engine was miss firing and it also needed new windshield wipers.

Wasn't explained the procedure for returning the truck. I did use the truck share application, and wasn't aware that pictures needed to be taken of various parts of the truck during the return. I had an emergency that I had to attend to, so I dropped the truck and left, and was going to complete the return process in the car on my way to the emergency. I could not complete the process due to the pictures being required, or you could not proceed in the process, and was charged a $20 convenience fee. I had the required pictures, but there is no ability to upload a photo. Due to this, I would not recommend, nor will I ever use uhaul in the future. I also couldn't use the truck for four hours of my rental period due to inclement weather. So I was charged an extra $59 for the hours that I couldn't use truck. Just not customer friendly whatsoever. The truck share program is a joke because they can still charge you for things that you didn't do. Save your money and forget uhaul. What a waste of my time and money.
