Chris SMy pickup was a disaster. I was originally scheduled for pickup in Springfield, ky. Then was told it would be Bardstown ky. On arrival in Bardstown the ap did not work and when I called customer service I was told my pickup would be Lebanon ky. This travel delayed my move 3 hours. My drop op location was not clearly marked that it was a U-Haul location. It was a parking lot at a consignment store. And once again the ap malfunctioned. I will not be using U-Haul again nor recommending to anyone.
