It was just the parking lot of an old shopping center. Their name was not on the sign. The trucks were once again parked wayyyyyy away from the store, that was hard to see. The gps didn't lead me to that place, I had to just drive up the road until I found trucks parked. They didn't close out my truck. When I called she said she couldn't come in to close out the truck but she wouldn't charge me extra. U-Haul called me wanting to know where the truck was and had to get another location to take care of closing out the sale for me. Geez! I'm sorry your car broke down but you have a responsibility to get to work. Especially after the first day. Terrible. Thankfully it all turned out ok and U-HAUL, the company did heir part.

It is a junk aka thrift store. It is dirty and disorganized. The person that checked me in just took my paperwork & keys and asked how much gas was in it. Then 2 days later I get a message that I had not turned it in yet and I had to contact UHaul.
MALCOLM LI did not realize when I rented it was self check in. We spent 2 hours between trying to do it ourselves and with the 1 800 lady trying to get the key out of the box it said I had international license. It would not take them. My niece had to use hers. It was not the spot I picked it up was the problem. We put 3 or 4 different passwords in trying to get the lock to unlock. It was a nightmare Then you charge me almost 34.00 more with no explanation after I had paid 145.00. I was not trying to make a truck payment just lease it for a day
