The Truck Share 24/7 process was easy to use. I would definitely recommend using this when the renting location is not open when the rental is needed. When I got in the truck, there was a problem with the transmission that would not allow me to get the truck out of park. By this time, the location was open and the associate quickly put me into another rental. She saved the day!
