Everything went smoothly. My only advice to the consumer is not to underestimate your move like I did. I should have gotten a bigger truck but that was on me.

Multiple issues that resulted in at least a 4 hour delay in getting on the road that resulted in an extra day of travel I had not planned and budgeted for! I set the pickup very close to my home, the location was changed to 30 minutes away. When I arrive, nothing was ready. It took 40 minutes from appointment to leaving with a truck. The rep there recommended leaving my car to hook up after I filled the truck, which made sense, so I did. I was later called that they closed and I had to go to another location for the car trailer. When I got there and asked how I was supposed to get my car on the trailer, since it was at the other location, they told me "good luck" I didn't make that change, dispatch did. Went back to the other location for my car. They were open....I asked the rep to help me get my car on the trailer. She did a poor job guiding me and I sat there, in my car, with it about to fall off and cause major damage, while I waited for the guy from the other location to drive over and help...literally and hour and a half later. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE ON THIS END!!!
The staff there were extremely friendly and courteous! I forget the gentleman's name but he was extremely helpful during the paperwork process as well as assisting in the connection of the trailer I rented. Upon my return of the trailer he was there to greet me and unconnected the trailer from my truck. Overall, I was pleased with the service I received and will not rent from any other location other than the Plummer Road facility.

I was overcharged for gas upon returning the truck. My paperwork told me exactly how much gas I required, yet apparently I was “supposed†to put it over a half of tank when it was under a half when I received the truck.

This location is difficult to contact, I have tried on multiple occasions to reach out. This may not be manned during normal hours of most businesses. In this instance, I reserved a vehicle for pick up at 8 AM and scheduled movers to assist at 9 AM. I was not able to get the truck until 9 AM which cost me another hour in labor help.
