Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWas over charged $35 for gas. Called the facility, was told someone would get back to us and no one ever did. We drove 29 miles and put $20.00 of gas in it before we brought it back. There is no way we should have been charged any additional gas fees. Feel like we got ripped off.
Gino LThe person wanted me to put the trailer in a tight spot. I wasn’t able to do it so he offered to drive the vehicle. After a few attempts by me and him still wanting the trailer in the exact spot I let him have a try. He hit a parked trailer with my tire and put a pretty good scratch into the side wall of my tire.
RYAN SI was redirected to this location for a drop off of our vehicle trailer. I was unaware of this new locations Sat. 4pm closing time....Daniel was literally walking out the door for the day late when I pulled up. He was kind enough to stay and help me with my return. This saved me from having to drive back into St. George area the next day! Thanks Daniel for your assistance and customer service. On a side note....He was leaving late due to another return past the 4pm time frame....
Michael DCharged me for damage/missing items without consulting me. Phone didn’t work when trying to call to find out about the charge. Nohting was missing and nothing was damaged.
