The person who helped me on the phone was the same person who helped me I. Person upon picking up the vehicle. She was not helpful at all. We really suffered because we had to move washer and dryer without a regular dolly for appliances We used a furniture wheel dolly to move the washer and dryer. The truck was very dirty and smelled of pungent ashtray. The seat did not adjust for someone who is short in stature had to completely sit halfway up the seat to drive. Not safe at all. Overall horrible experience. I will most likely never use this location again
