Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisRefund what they charged me. I returned the truck as where I was told. Perfect condition inside their locked gate. No place to leave key. Next morning someone was in office. I gave him key. He checked truck. It was perfect. He charged me. I have spent thousands of dollars with Uhaul. I want my money returned.
Bonnie PI appreciate all the assistance is trying to ensure a vehicle was made available. However, I did have a time schedule that was affected. Luckily, I was given some extra time to complete my pickup. My suggestion is to have a way a person can check to ensure that the vehicle is available at the scheduled time and place and if not, be given an advance notice to make the necessary adjustments. But overall, I was very satisfied in the manner I was made a priority when the vehicle originally requested was not available. Thank you.
