Tara SOwen was in the lot doing an inspection. The trucks had been parked with too much room between them but not enough to park ours. He moved a truck over for us and offered to park ours although we didn't need it. At an Ace True Value, my husband needed a primer bulb and Owen directed us right to them and as we were leaving he was coming in and politely asked if we had found what we were looking for. Very personable. Highly recommend.
