Wanted to rent from Cheboygan Michigan to Greenfield, Wi one way. Nothing available. They recommended a 26 ft truck. Much too big. The nearest 15 ft truck was Iron Mountain. This added hundreds of miles and dollars to the cost. But it was a one time need.Chris T.

Someone had hauled cabbage in the trailer before me and did not clean it out. I needed the trailer so I still used it.Tiffany T.
Told my card would be charged the day I returned the trailer. It was charged the day I got the trailer. I told them I would get to Carson City the afternoon of the drop off date but they put 11am as my drop off time and notified the retrieval team at 1 pm to hunt me down. I also was charged a $80 insurance fee that was never mentioned to me.Johna M.
It took almost 3 hours before I could even rent it because I went there Saturday at 12 and didn't get back to where I was supposed to until 3 and then when I did get the trailer all done I couldn't even take it that night because the lights weren't working so I had to have a friend fix it so they would work and then I had to get the trailer the next daycheyenne F.
The return was a goat rope. Evidently someone at UHaul thinks I can check in a trailer on my cell phone. THINK AGAIN. I don't have my password memorized. I don't know how to take and load photos. I don't know why UHAUL cannot send the info on trailers to the place I am to return them so I can just drop it off like I do with truck keys. It took 45 minutes of creating passwords, wondering why anyone would think I did not return it clean and put a $15 charge on there. I cleaned it before I turned it in. The location was not the problem. UHaul and their programs are the problem.MJeanne Y.
