The actual location was closed. So, I really cannot fairly assess the location or representatives at the location. I used the truck/share option. This was made the experience horrible. I spent an hour trying to get the truck. This process is not reliable enough to be efficient.

I rented a dolly that was on my reservation but when I went to pick up the truck it was not in the truck. This wouldn't have been a problem if I was told before hand but I had to find another U-Haul location that had a dolly so I could get my heavy furniture down the stairs. I would have approached a call beforehand so I didn't have to drive around to U-Haul Stores when I would have been moving. The truck was fine but the dolly fiasco ruined my epxperience.

She has great personality and quick in resolving a problem, we needed the truck for a second day. She acted quickly to find a truck for the guy that reserved that truck for that day and we were able to keep the truck and finish our bussiness.
