We tried to deliver the rental on Sunday evening prior to the rental closure time but the rental facility was closed and we were unable to back in and off loan the trailer. We took the trailer back on Monday morning but were charged for an extra day ($20) - due to reasons outside of our control. Since the rental facility was closed we consider the extra charges to be poor business practice for UHaul. We request a refund for the additional $20 charge due to reasons stated above.
