Reservation is not so easy. Call back service is delayed after booking for reservation. Had to wait for a couple of days to know for sure what location would be renting the vehicle. This is not reassuring for the customer.

Uhaul didn't inform me the pickup location until I visited the local prefer pickup, the store manager told me to call uhaul to confirm it. The pickup process will terrible, I have pick up a truck and trailer at 2 different locations with 15 miles apart. After I return the truck, they charge me a cleaning fee, ithe truck was the same condition when I pick up. Extremely inconvenient

MARIE CCustomer Experience at this location was (and always has been) excellent. The only reason I put "No" on the question for clean and well maintained, this truck was a bit older with just under 150,000 miles. On the drive home from Prestige, the passenger side mirror kept moving from the wind and I couldn't see the lane next to me. When I got home, quick tighten of a screw and it was good to go. (Probably not preferred for customers to do this, but figured you wouldn't mind since it is vitally important to use the mirror to change lanes. Many chips in the front windshield and one ran halfway across it. The drivers and passenger doors had wind leaks when driving, I think the seals were rotten/gone/damaged. Mechanically, it was a solid vehicle and those things I mentioned are to be expected, so no worries there. I would like to mention that I rented the vehicle for a Friday - Sunday to move my daughter to college. We got back early and I returned it on Saturday morning. I was still charged for the whole rental even though I returned it on Saturday morning. Is there a feature in place where if that vehicle was rented by someone else for Saturday and Sunday that I would be reimbursed? Since the only reason it was available is because I returned it early? How great would it have been to receive an email from Uhaul with a refund because I returned it early and it was re-rented. Wishful thinking on my part? Just a thought and thank you for taking the time to read. Prestige is awesome and I will be a returning customer. Cheers everyone, have a good week.
