The trailer is way too heavy and hard to get off. It needs a jack attached to it so you don't have to lift it all the way off the ground. I've used multiple in the past that have a jack attached to them and it helps not to pull your back out. This was the only problem I had with my experience but this is very important. Plz get that trailer a jack attached to it as their is a place for it

CLEMON TThe employee was kind. But U-Haul dropped the ball with my reservation. And the location they transferred me to did not have the equipment, other than the truck, that I requested I didn’t know until pick. I was not able to actually get my truck until 0830 and I set my pickup for 0630.
ALEXIS LI was forced to use this location because my "confirmed" truck at another location wasn't there. I had to take a 26ft truck instead of a 20ft. I really only needed a 15ft truck, but none were available. This truck smelled (reeked really) of marijuana. I returned the truck after only a few hours. No one was there. It had a quarter tank, and I returned it with a quarter tank. They charged me for $30 in a fuel service fee, plus $11.50 in fuel and other charges totaling $142.17. My $39 daily rental turned out to be a sick joke. Absolutely horrendous. I'm certainly telling everyone that I know but please tell your team not to push any more rentals to this location. Had I known, I would have told them to send me to Pearl or anywhere else really to avoid being ripped off.
