The oil was nearly dry and the initial pickup was a huge hassle. There was a trailer in the way of the van, and I had to move it.

The drop off location was not open, even though it was a Saturday Early afternoon. Where to park the dolly was confusing and we had to go back to the location to drop off our paperwork as it wasn't spelled out very well at the location what was needed.

abimelec dOverall…it worked out having the smaller truck with the trailer, though we all have goose eggs on our heads from the low height of the trailer. Wasn’t thrilled that the truck I reserved, which showed available, wasn’t available, then the truck I was swapped into turned out to not be available.
