It was an “mobile” drop off and pick up. Not real dirty but the driver floorboard needed cleaning and there were bugs on the windshield and front. We cleaned the windshield and it rained alot on our trip. Also the gas was not refilled when we got it but Stacy was very helpful and documented the shortfall and we refilled it to that point before returning.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisBetter tires, trailer had some vibration
Jeffrey LThe oil was nearly dry and the initial pickup was a huge hassle. There was a trailer in the way of the van, and I had to move it.
Tom SThe drop off location was not open, even though it was a Saturday Early afternoon. Where to park the dolly was confusing and we had to go back to the location to drop off our paperwork as it wasn't spelled out very well at the location what was needed.
