We rented a ten foot truck. No one was at a counter to help us. In fact the location was locked. We called the location and the owner of the location told us that everything was automated bia the app. However, the app told us to go inside the counter and get the keys from an associate. So then we called Uhaul. That associate indicated they were not able to get ahold of the owner and that they would upgrade us to a fifteen foot truck, which would then have the keys in a lockbox for us. Our price was adjusted as the issue was not our fault. When you have a long day ahead of you, you want the first part of it to go smoothly and this did not.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisthe lock was a bit difficult to open.
Chibuike UNice people, but kind of a sketchy location, truck was on side of the road not in a fenced in location. Windows were cracked and it had rained so inside as a little wet
KIEL MI was double charged for the U-Haul and told I’d get a $100 discount and refund but i never did
Cameron MVictoria motors is essentially closed down. They made me park on the street and I had to navigate an open drainage hole, mud, and uneven ground. The location was unhelpful in every way. Simply “park on street and keys in box” barely any English:
