The young lady that helped us rent our U-Haul was absolutely sweet as can be. Unfortunately she was the only one there and there was only one U-Haul available. When we went to start our U-Haul to leave it would not start. She did not have keys to the garage to be able to get a jumper to see if it was because of the battery. I think this should have been checked before they even rented it to a customer. We were able to get it jumped by using cables from the dealership next to us. Unfortunately we had to leave it running for a long period of time in order to be able to secure the battery charge. This led to extra gas expense.
jodi aStaff was very friendly and very helpful. My trailer lights plug wasn't working, and the owner took time to check fuses with me in the cold elements. This wasn't necessary but it was greatly appreciated.
