MELINDA AAfter connecting the trailer improperly the first time this last week of renting and burning out my wires, I decided to do it one more time.. this time they only had one wire source and couldn't mess it up.. if you do go here.. be sure to watch what they do when connecting the wires.. I've always found this location to be very easy to rent from, and dependable until now.. I'll be more careful next time I rent from here when Mark is connecting the wires.. they worked fine before they were connected by him.. and didn't work at all on the van after he connected them.. Just a word of caution.. Thanks for being there when I needed you.. and thank you to my son, who had his vehicle with UHaul connectors this time..
CASEY OVery forthright. Courteous. Helpful. Knowledgeable and he told me ever that I should of told when I picked up in Butler.
STEVEN HHave trucks at the location requested by the customer and not 90 minutes away from the store requested and do not wait until 48 hours ahead of planned pick up to say the truck is ready but 90 minutes away so customer doesn’t waste 3 hours getting equipment.
