Tony Soffice was clean and inviting. Staff was helpful and very friendly. My experience started with a friendly phone conversation and ended with the upmost help from Dee in the office. She answered all my questions and was very helpful providing all the equipment we needed. Also gave us pointers on how to extra secure our appliances inside of the truck! 10/10 will be using them again. And highly recommend their dealership!
THOMAS WThis is listed as an EXXON. We all relate that to an actual EXXON. Red and White and fuel islands.That is NOT the case. There are NO - ZERO Exxon markings. It is an older service station that has been changed over to a tow / repair / inspection facility with some U-Haul items off to the side/back. I drove past it twice. I made it clear that I would be done with and return the truck on Saturday. They are not open during the weekend. There are no personnel there and they did NOT answer or respond to calls. Isn't that when U-Haul does a lot of business? I was told that I could leave the truck and drop the key and they would check it in on Monday in the morning. I start getting emails on Monday about the truck not being checked in? I had to stop and start calling around again and was prepared to go back to the lot and validate. Why? Looks like they did not checkout in till Tuesday or Wednesday. How is that acceptable? There are other U-hauls in the area and I will use another location if I ever have to use U-Haul again.
