Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery easy drop off! Nice that it is 24 seven
Jacob BWhen the customer says they know using the uhaul app will be a problem. Especially on a Saturday when no one on site, give them a number to call that would help. Gave us a number to call for a site down the road to help. Which they couldn't help. First time renting a uhaul. Last time renting a uhaul. I heard app was a issue, told that to representative, didn't matter. Customer dropping off same time as me didn't have anything good to say.
Sidney GWe did not get all of our equipment and we have not received our refund
Janice RWe had an issue with the keys for our rental. We never did receive the code to the lockbox to obtain the keys for the truck we rented. However, when we made contact with someone about the issue, they were able to work out a solution. Just make sure the notification goes out timely. Thank you.
