The dolly and additional things I paid for were not in the truck, the truck was locked and had to wait 3 hours to figure out the combination for it. The assistance that I received to get it unlocked was amazing.
JOSEF WThe location forgot to authorize the vehicle which made me make 2 trips. There was supposed to be a moving dolly and hand truck provided but they were not supplied as well.
Cheryl PI dropped off the truck at Crescent Tires on Aug 31, but that office logged into the U-Haul system that I dropped it off on Sep 3. So U-Haul charged my credit card a $40 fee for being a day late, plus another $15 for insurance coverage for the extra day. I had to call U-Haul to dispute these charges.
