Adam J.The rental agreement turned out ok as the guy there tried his best to get me on my way it did take way longer than expected as I don't think they ever had any training from uhaul on how to do the paperwork. The only reason I even rented a truck is because I needed transportation as all other car rentals were out of vehicles. In the end I got to where I needed to go .
ken N.The person at the counter when I dropped off my rental had no knowledge of how do anything with Uhaul, he was from another of Jimmy's Market locations filling in, hard to get people who want and are willing to work these days not just here but all over. Had to come back later that day when the person who knew how to deal with Uhaul rentals was on. This person was helpful and knowledgeable, it would have nice to not have to have gone back a second time.
