Horrible customer! They are a u haul dealer but do not have a working phone number for this location. Unfortunately , it's the only place in the area To reserve a uhaul. I would not recommend this location! Also, Alex the field manager from Knoxville was very rude when I called to let him know that the back of the u haul was completely soaking wet like someone had ran a water hose in it. We had to go purchase a mop/towels to clean it up before loading our items.

I don’t live here. Several clerks did not know how to handle the rental. But the gentleman that was put on the phone was very helpful efficient and got us on our way. Slight mixup on trailer I’d number but the receiving company handled it.
