The check in and check out process was easy.

Dawn BMake sure the location that you actually made your reservation at (Brooklyn) which has over 20 15 foot trucks has 15 foot truck keys in the lockbox when you scheduled your pick up. I had an awful experience and I will never use U-Haul again. I had to pick up in jersey city, spend so much extra time and money and not to mention extra miles. I asked customer service to make it right and they took 50 dollars off my bill. Which didn’t even cover the 60 dollar uber rides to jersey. Nor would they let me drop the equipment off in Brooklyn like they said I was able to on pick up. For a company as big as U-Haul you would think they have their systems in place and be more organized. I will no longer be using U-Haul from now on.
