After returning the truck I was charged an extra $57, when asking the employee about it he couldn't tell me why i was being charged anything else

Although the gentlemen inside was VERY helpful in getting me checked in and finalized, finding the location (even with GPS assistance) was a complete nightmare. Only found it by accident. The sign outside was not clearly marked (and I don't even think LIT) and I missed it the first time around. it was quite frustrating. Not being from the area and it being a VERY LONG day, it made for a very miserable end to the day.
NEAL SThey added insurance with out our knowledge and charged us for two days when we only took the truck for less than 4 hours and brought it right back and didn’t need insurance and declined it when we made the order online because our destination was less than 5 miles we will never use them or go by them again they are scammers and money hungry and acted like it wasn’t their fault and said we needed to call customer service to sort the issue out which hasn’t been resolved yet.
