Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe had to use the app to get our vehicle. It was awful and it took us an hour and a half to get the vehicle including two phone calls with long waits.
Gerard JThis is not necessarily an issue with the location. U-Haul needs to hire some kind of focus group that actually walks through the steps of renting a U-Haul through their verification app. This app is a nightmare. It took me 3 hours to get this rental because of the system set up to do online check-ins and pickups. The same day that I was picking up a U-Haul truck, there were also three other men there at the same time. It took them 2 and 1/2 hours sitting at the location to walk through all of the steps with the U-Haul app and the U-Haul customer service line phone in order to successfully get access to their rental vehicle and complete the steps in the app. To any customers reading this, this is not a dig at this location, but I highly recommend picking up a rental U-Haul at a store like Home Depot that has a U-Haul representative in person located at the store to assist you with the rental. Otherwise, don't anticipate that you will be able to pick up your rental at the time scheduled. I did not happen to hire movers to help me move, but if I had, I would have been out 3 hours worth of money hiring movers. Just waiting to get this U-Haul rental. By the way, this was also on a Sunday morning... Not a busy weekday morning.
