Nick was excellent. He called to let me know the truck might be late coming back so that I could look for another truck, but he would keep trying to contact the previous renter. The truck did show up on time and they quickly got it ready for me to rent. I rent with Pines Rental 4x a year because there is a human to work with, check in, and I know he will do his best to get our rental.

Robert LThe customer representative, Nick, did a fine job! He was helpful, personal and friendly, providing all the information I needed.
DAN MOwner was rude and degrading. Called me and when I said hello he responded with where’s my truck? We told him we would be on our way and be there 10-15 he said better be before 10. We tried to return a day earlier to rent a small one. Said he was open till 5 then he closed at 2.
