Kamloops drop off locations can improve a bit on customer service. Even though I called ahead to advise that I would be dropping the trailer off after 1200 noon, and was told the outlet would be open until 400 or 430 pm, when I arrived at 200pm there was a note on the door saying ' back in 1 hour'. I called the second location and asked if I could drop off there (they are close to each other) and was told if I did so, there would be an added drop charge. Not an ideal way to treat a customer, especially when you already have their money.

STEVEN CCan ex does excellent work. Saved my bacon when Uhaul changed not only the day of my reservation to the following day, but gave me a 15ft truck instead of a 26ft truck to move, with a seperate location to pick up the auto transport. 12 extra hours of driving needed to rectify this problem. Pissed at Uhaul but extremely grateful for the professionals at Can-Ex in Kamloops. Go Boys, you do excellent work and have great service.
