Truck wasn't ready for contactless pickup so had to manually check in. The guy seemed out out to have to do that. I was also charged $15 more than what I was quoted. I pointed it out, but was just told my receipt would be online and sent on my way.

Didn’t know where to park the truck. Need a sign for parking. Dropped truck off on Saturday evening. Thought the truck got stolen because got a notification from your app saying truck is not checked in. Employee didn’t checked in until Tuesday. Didn’t know I would get charge for using the app. Would have just taken it back to the first place.
