Took a long long time to checkout. No help lifting trailer onto hitch nor with hooking up. No functional pull through . Have to back out trailer onto busy street.

Fariji E.We reserved 2 utility dolly's and furniture blankets in advance and neither were at the location. We were sent to a second U-Haul location to pick them up without the location being notified in advance, and they didn't have dolly's available. They gave us blankets and called a third location to verify they had dolly's, and off we went to the third location. Very unprofessional of 2 Sons to not have the equipment available or to verify the equipment was at the location they sent us to. All in all, it took us an hour and a half to complete our rental. The truck also didn't have a full tank of gas when we picked it up.
