Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe key wouldn't turn to turn on the truck. You have to jiggle it a lot. The truck makes crazy noises, the dash says the tire psi is 0 lol. Check engine light is on. I guess it served it's purpose. The pick up location was very convenient and the staff was helpful.
ADRIANA GUpon renting this vehicle there were several sensors illuminating on the dash. Tire pressure sensors, check engine light, another light that I didnt know what it was. There was a shaking in the front when the vehicle went over 40mph, when brakes was compressed and the truck was at a stop, the air conditioner went out(blew hot air) when the truck started moving the air came back on. Lastly, I noticed when I got to my move location that the truck didn’t have a ramp and was told after the fact that that size truck does not have a ramp! Imagine my disappointment when there was not another truck to rent that had a ramp and we had to literally move everything manually thus hurting my back in the process! I spoke with Jason who credited me $50 which I think is not a comparable compensation considering all of the above mentioned issues and the anxiety of driving a truck that’s clearly NOT SAFE to be on the street.
PAMELA SCheck engine light was on. The key was difficult to turn the vehicle on and had to be jiggled.
Timothy II have a long history of renting from UHaul. The reservation was made for a 9am pickup from a store that opened at 10am. After several attempts to get me in the truck, via telephone, the manager said he would extend $50 credit for the inconvenience. I was charged $45 instead of the $30 insurance from the quote. I have NEVER had a problem with renting from UHaul and customer service has always been the reason I keep returning for my hauling needs.
