I have a long history of renting from UHaul. The reservation was made for a 9am pickup from a store that opened at 10am. After several attempts to get me in the truck, via telephone, the manager said he would extend $50 credit for the inconvenience. I was charged $45 instead of the $30 insurance from the quote. I have NEVER had a problem with renting from UHaul and customer service has always been the reason I keep returning for my hauling needs.
