We had a very difficult move due to several set backs as our new home was not ready on time, there were so many issues. We had to extend our truck day by day several times and the Ottawa Street location took excellent care of us. They were there for us all the way. Thank you for the excellent service!

Industrial MThere is miss communication happened at the time of drop off. At the time of agreement they mentioned in miles but in the vehicle it was mentioned as kilometres. With this thing they were about to charge me 55$ more without taxes. I found out that there was miscommunication happened between miles and kilometres and talked with the person and corrected the error
