The cab of the truck was dirty with food and spilled drinks. The windshield and front of the truck were covered in bugs. The moving blankets were full of dirt, grass, and foxtails. When I unfolded the blankets, debris got on my personal belongings

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe were told we could select the closest location for drop at pick up, but when we called were told the location was already selected. We drove past an open, full services Uhaul location in order to drop the truck at a closed business location. And once again, the self-service drop off website didn't work.
Roshell YNothing. Everything was as planned.
Janice CVery good customer service and we were in and out very quickly. Only thing I might suggest is making sure the lights work on the back of the trailer before we leave. Drove 300 miles with no rear lights on the left side.
GEORGE WIt was clean, comfortable and easy to handle.
