We were told we could select the closest location for drop at pick up, but when we called were told the location was already selected. We drove past an open, full services Uhaul location in order to drop the truck at a closed business location. And once again, the self-service drop off website didn't work.

Nothing. Everything was as planned.
Janice CVery good customer service and we were in and out very quickly. Only thing I might suggest is making sure the lights work on the back of the trailer before we leave. Drove 300 miles with no rear lights on the left side.
