Ackward to get in and out. If you need to park your car while using the truck not really a place to park but way on the other side.

Greg MI will never do business with U-Haul again. I’ve been using them for 50 years. When I reserved truck on my phone for an12:00 pm pickup. They sent me a confirmation email and said that the reservation was good for 24 hours. We arrived at 2:00 pm and was told to have truck back at 4:00 because it was being least at 4:00 by someone else. I call that double booking to make money. We had no choice but to do it. This is poor business period and not to mention dishonest. This caused a lot of anxiety. I do NOT recommend U-Haul. I suggest using another company out there. The facility we went to was clean and my review is not a reflection on so much. They were nice people, but in my opinion they should have not confirmed the other people who wanted the truck at 4:00 because of the 24 hour email I was sent. I think U-Haul and the location I picked truck up were both wrong. Period.
