Went to this location one month prior to reserve a 10 ft. truck. On the day of the reservation I went to pick up the truck and it was not there - it had been sent to Pendleton, Oregon (50 miles away) for pick up. I had to rent a trailer instead. Jacob at Rock and Sons was excellent, professional and very helpful. My question is why was the truck diverted away from this location.

Did not get the truck I ordered didn’t get the dolly. I ordered . no furniture pads no tiedowns truck was filthy covered in hay
