Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisBoth pick up and drop off associates were awesome! Kind, informative, and so patient and helpful! Definitely would recommend BOTH businesses. As for the whole UHaul experience, it was amazingly easy! We actually had a flat tire. We only waited an hour for service. When he came , he changed the tire within 10 minutes tops! Everyone was so helpful!!
ROSEMARY DStaff was friendly and helpful.
William RRefused to help. They told me the apps instructions were wrong. Would not go outside to check in drop off. Threatened to charge me for an extra day. Told me the rental would just sit there and I'll get charged. Very very unprofessional.
Michael RTHE ASSISTANCE FROM THE MANAGEMENT WAS ALL THAT ONE COULD EXPECT. EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL IN ALL OF MY NEEDS. wOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
