I returned the truck 4 hours after renting it from the Rochester location. Barnum and Tenny never checked the truck in until the next day after having to call them and ask them why I hadn't gotten a receipt. They finally checked the truck in more than 24 hours after returning and charged me $33,25 for fuel. The truck was returned with exactly the same amount of fuel that I was given it. I had to call again and ask why I was charged for fuel and he agreed I should not have been but then never corrected the charge. I will have to make a third call to this location to inquire again about the charge.

Jamie GTerrible neighborhood for a self service drop off. I felt unsafe!
John RThe lock to retrieve the key was very stiff and hard to operate. The location on Haco is out of the way and annoying to get to from my house across town. A heads up when I selected the location regarding traffic and construction would have been very helpful. The truck was very creaky with a partially malfunctioning drivers door. The radio had a loose connection and kept switching to auxiliary. The floor of the back was very worn and damaged.
CHRISTOPHER WOverall the staff (one person, had to wait a while) was helpful and friendly but the truck was dirty, I took it back home and cleaned the entire thing, inside and out, the box also leaked water (rain) and damaged my daughter's bed so we had to deal with that after reaching her new apartment, I think the truck had been in an accident so had a lot of wind noise from the driver's door while driving.
