Here's my problem I rented a Uhaul to remove and dump trash from a house that a Veteran who had passed away left behind. The dump facility was closed by the time we were done so I went to the facility where we rented the uhaul and ask if we can leave the uhaul there and someone will pick it up in the morning and take the trash to the dump and return the uhaul they said yes and had me park it next to the office took the keys. The next morning when they went to pick up the Uhaul no one in the office knew what was going on and we had to rent the uhaul again so we could take it to the dump and return it. WE SHOULD BE REFUNDED OUR MONEY FOR THE SRCOND DAY RENTAL BECAUSE WE HAD ENOUGH TUME TO PICK UP AND RETRURN BEFORE IT WAS DUE.

Be more forward with pricing, don't advertise $25 but again having to pay for per mile. It just seems like a shady tactic and intelligent people get annoyed by things like this.
