The code for the lock was incorrect when we picked it up. The instructions said it would be one word, but it was another. We only knew because we saw that the lock had been left with the correct beginning 3 letters. The customer service representative was very helpful but had no way of knowing this, as she also saw that the code should have been the word that was incorrect. Additionally, one person who should have been an approved driver was not allowed to complete the application despite no issues with their previous driving or license validity.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDonna and another gentleman (he was training) were absolutely the kindest I have ever experienced at UHAUL. Donna was very informative, pleasant and patient with my questions for checking out/checking in my rental. She made my daughter's move simple and smooth. You have a great establishment and they made it the best!
