when i went to pick up my truck, there was nothing for them to give me due to UHaul scheduling the pickups and dropoffs poorly as well as the previous user dropping the truck off late. i waited an hour in the shop for a truck and the man at iron eagle customs did everything to try and find one for me to use, it was not his fault. but i am very unhappy with my overall experience as this caused significant delay in my moving plans. after making an equipment reservation it is expected that the equipment will actually be there for you to use. this is a UHaul problem and not an iron eagle customs problem.
EMMA Kshop was clean, friendly, efficient and people/staff outstatanding! best Uhaul experience I have ever had. will use again and refer anyone i know that needs a truck.
Kati CRec’d text notification from U Haul on the Tuesday (following my return of the equipment mid afternoon the previous Saturday) that my equipment return was past due. I called the number, left a detailed message about the approximate time of return - well w/in my contract terms and asked for it to be looked into and resolved. A short time later, I rec’d and email notification with a receipt - so I guess the matter was resolved(?)
