I do not like the U-Haul app - signing in was a hassle and not user friendly. I ended up going inside and working with staff on site since the online self-service was not helpful.

NICKOLA DMy rental was due on a Saturday and due to snow I was unable to return it. I was told by the 800 number that there would not be an extra charge. But they still charged me.
DEBRA ANot very helpful, took 45 minutes for them to hook the trailer up because it wasn't ready. When asked how tonuse it because never used one, I was told to YouTube it....... wow not really customer service.
NEIL PThere is no space to park equipment. They were closed 3 hours before their marked hours when I returned the trailer and there were several other customers just dropping trucks and trailers in the entrance also complaining about the location being closed when we were all told they would be open.
