This place doesn’t deserve to be representative of U Haul. The person was very Rude both in get the car dolly and returning!!! He is Mean!! and someone I wouldn’t want to be around!!! Granted we were late in picking up the car dolly but we were there within a hour of the pick up time and return before the time limit. He’s getting paid to do a job and we have to deal with him. No thanks!! Have a decoy setup and go and see for yourself!!

William Pverry good place to work with
William CThe location was supposed to be self serve. I had to be in the phone with customer support FOR AN HOUR because the van I rented wasn’t an option for self serve. Standing in the parking lot of the closed location while the app is telling me to go inside for the keys. Horrible experience. Will never go to this location again.
Shayla BWe did after hour drop off and when we spoke to the office on the phone, they were so kind and so good to explain to us how to drop it off.
