The location was supposed to be self serve. I had to be in the phone with customer support FOR AN HOUR because the van I rented wasn’t an option for self serve. Standing in the parking lot of the closed location while the app is telling me to go inside for the keys. Horrible experience. Will never go to this location again.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe did after hour drop off and when we spoke to the office on the phone, they were so kind and so good to explain to us how to drop it off.
TERESA BMr. Rideout went above and beyond to see that my elderly mother received a fair rate. He took much time to help us find the best route for her.
