Kenneth WI didn't understand how to get the "key code". I to call in and get assistance. All the people were great. After I finally understand what to do it was fine. I fill like there needs to be a better way to do it.
MONICA Teverything was all good aside for the missing dolly that I paid for in my reservation and the cup holders was dirty from previous renter but everything else was all good . She drove beautifully
