Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisFalcon foods is a tiny snack/liquor store. She took a picture of the odometer, gave me the keys and sent me on my way. I asked for paperwork and reciept, she said it would be online. True, but I didn’t pick this place 10 miles from original pick up point and the extra miles were not added to my contract nor was I allowed a credit for last minute change. Drop off location, Doll furniture, at Normal was unchanged and is excellent.

Nicole DThe person working the register said just drop off the keys and I can check in the vehicle later. After hours I received the receipt for the rental, and he charged me 64$ for dmg/missing equip. What is that? The vehicle was identical when dropped off as it was when it was picked up, and I have video of both places and condition. He arbitrarily charged me for a generic problem to intentionally and fraudulently get money from the transaction. I still have the video of both locations showing no change in vehicle status. His contract with U-Haul should be terminated if this is a constant charge made by him which I suspect it is!
