Put more X stickers around where dents, breaks and scratches are. Upon initial inspection we found a few areas unidentified that we found ourselves.

Mohammed ACustomer service at the Exeter location in London was awful. I dealt with Janet at Storage Worx at this location and she did not seem to know how to do her job. I returned the item I rented and was stuck waiting for another lady to figure out how to find my info on the computer. It took way too long. As a customer, I should have been in and out. Incompetent is a good word to describe Janet. Please make sure there are knowledgeable staff working at your locations.
