Pointless to ask these questions because I had ZERO interactions with anyone at the location due to self service nature of transaction.

I have been severely overcharged for this U-Haul and noone can seem to figure out where the extra charges are coming from. I was invoice for 740 and have been charged over 1400
JOSEPH ZThe associate was VERY rude, and lacked awareness of how to do her job. She was unaware that the reservation was made and checked in online and did not know how to access the keys from the lock box facility resulting in a 45-minute wait. Additionally, our pick up location was changed at the last minute as uhaul claimed they did not have a truck at our original pick up location. Please respect reservations and ensure that employees are aware of the full process - even virtual.
Katherine HUHauls computer system was down and it became a comedy of errors until a day after my truck was returned. Lt/Rt 🤷🏾♂️
Carol PPut more X stickers around where dents, breaks and scratches are. Upon initial inspection we found a few areas unidentified that we found ourselves.
